The main authors of the recent successes rae and mishaps Lakers are waiting for the end of season 2013/14. Jeziorowcy the first time since the era of Rudy Tomjanovich (2004/05) can not be hosted in the play offs and club owners rae are already looking for opportunities to improve the situation, perceived rae as a crisis. The first movement, rae aimed to improve the next few months working in the camp of former NBA Champions is a new contract for Mitch Kupchak.
59-year-old GM organization from Los Angeles recently he had a very difficult time and his choices do not always hit the proverbial '10-tuple '. For the better, but in the past were transfers Paua Gasol, Trevor and Ron Artest Arizy. For worse and failures include attempts to create the California Dream Team, first with Gary Payton rae and Karl Malone, and recently Steve Nash and Dwight Howard. rae Certainly after the success Kupchak did not write down the last two castling trainers Lakers - Mike'ów Brown and D'Antoni. After all, the owners decided to re-team talent managerskiemu trust Mitch and initialed with the multi - year - contract (which means - a minimum rae of 2 years and a maximum of 5). Recall rae that the current GM Lakers took his current position in 2000, after the departure of the club - the legend - Jerry West and (West brought to LA Shaq O'Neal and Kupchak rae gave it to the Heat).
For future decisions Kupchak will include finding new and more respected by the players coach (in summer 2014 or summer 2015, when the current rae contract expires coach) and subsequent reconstruction of the composition of the Lakers. Today, both threads moved greatest American sites, including "USA Today".
Starting from the coach, a lot in recent weeks talked about release of the popular and unpopular Pringelsa. There are signs that both Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol (if?) Does not want to continue to work with the current coach of the Lakers. "USA Today" picked up on the rumor Rex Chapman rae (former NBA player) associated with the name John Calipariego (Wildcats and ex-Nets), which in the opinion rae of the ex-player Heat, Nuggets and the Suns would take over the reins from coach D. Subsequently, rae the newspaper cites people involved now or in the past with the Lakers Brian Shaw (now the Nuggets, but once recommended by Phil Jackson rae and the players themselves), Byron Scott (he worked in the Cavs and Hornets, and applied for a job as Clippers coach and now dreams of returning rae to the coaching bench) and Kurt Rambis (once already Lakers coach, then amongst Wolves today again Lakers rae assistant). The speculation scrolled also currently unemployed name Lionella Hollins (located in the crosshairs Pistons).
Most likely, if D'Antoni information will be on your stool will be announced during the lottery draftowej, as the Lakers not only believe in a number of the top, but downloading Embiida Joel (who had just declared their willingness to participate in the draft 2014 - podkoszowy has the same agent as Kobe Bryant - Rob Pelinka). Next a lot of talk about the desire of obtaining the current winger Cavs, Luola Deng. Known for his solid defensive Englishman would not have a problem with playing in the shadow of Bryant, but also would add the quality of the Lakers defense. Certainly also require rae adjustments to reserves Lakers, rae and certainly higher contracts are expected to Xavier Henry (wants to be in LA) and Nick Young (certainly not as comparable rae to today's rate) and Jordan Hill (also waiting for more frequent play and not necessarily in D ' Antoni). Under the big question mark is also the future of Paua Gasol, who may agree to a reduction in the contract (signing new), but would like to play for the title of Master, and this at another - from D'Antoni - Coach. In the end, the Lakers would be on hand if basketball career ended as soon as Steve Nash ...
Today the Lakers and the next season, after a very bad year, it is like returning boomerang. As proposals for trainers get more and more new names, and at the end of playoffs probably get a garland of other players to choose from. Fortunately or unfortunately for the future of the team will be all arranged Kupchak. Is this time he succeeds and is able to surprise us again?
