Last June, Microsoft unveiled its tablet device, the Surface. Although it is branded under the category of tablets, Microsoft's goal is to offer the ultimate fox sports combination tablet device to PC, corresponding to the different fox sports needs of users throughout the day.
Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft announced an event announcement that, for now, has always been clear that in order to offer the best software, fox sports it will have to take care to provide the hardware to support the new system ideal way. Decision of Microsoft to produce a device independently flag is not surprising especially given that wants to compete head to head in front of Apple, which currently dominates the tablet market 10-inch sizes.
Now, having officially launched model Hsrfs comes with ARM processor, operating system Windows 8 version of RT and of course the Touch Cover offers fox sports a combination of keyboard and Smart Cover, it's time to answer the biggest question of all: Are you sure this is the device that can offer you a suitable substitute tablet and to -PC, or Microsoft fox sports aiming a little too high and now is unable to meet the high expectations of the users?
At first glance to the device Hsrfs two main elements to most users notice is that this device is not thin, and not particularly easy. Nevertheless, one can not ignore the impressive clean design of the device, offering the rear back dark gray made from a combination of liquid metal and magnesium, which Microsoft calls VaporMg, which has light weight and durability. Unfortunately, this material may be durable, but not before we had fingerprints wipe every time we wanted to impress our friends shiny new device we hold in our hands.
At the bottom of the back of the device can be found in the removable kickstand, which allows to put the tablet at an angle of 22 degrees, which the company claims is an ideal situation. We will not deny, we found ourselves annoyed the angle of the screen, and it seems that Microsoft is indeed found the perfect angle, as long as the user is sitting correctly in front of his desk, and works with Hsrfs other surfaces.
After lifting the foot, we discover card micro SDSX opened, allowing us to add up to 64GB more. This significant increase in volume of the device, especially given the fact that it comes with 32 gigabytes were available, but uses about 16 GB operating system, Office and other software installed on it in advance.
The front of the device fox sports is made entirely of glass with high endurance, or so it seems, fox sports scratches. Bottom of the screen (when you hold it down), the Windows logo appears, which also serves as a button touch brings us back to the home screen, or the last app that was open.
On the left side of the device can be found in the volume button and headphone jack on top, the button shutdown and startup screen and the right side entry microHDMI, USB connection that allows us to connect a keyboard, mouse, or USB external transfer of content and information and finally the connection charge, which is different from any connection we have seen today.
Unlike other tablets, even the keyboard connects through a unique connection and not using Bluetooth, so if you want to use Touch Cover, you will need to connect it - and you can not work with a "remote" device. Reasonable enough, considering fox sports that Microsoft considers that when the user connects the keyboard, he is interested in the functionality of a laptop and a tablet - and now wants to give the user a feeling as if a laptop is really small.
Current model does not allow connection via 3G, but only through WiFi that despite the high price tag, you will need to worry about internet point is available wherever you go, or opening fox sports HotSpot every time you connect to the road or in areas with no connection is available. On the other hand, your current mobile computer can not connect to the Internet through taxes, and you can always connect via USB Stick - even though the latter fox sports is not yet available for the new device.
Hsrfs comes with the operating system Windows 8 RT, so she can not run software "old" not adapted to it. This figure is reflected while trying to watch movies and videos, as unfortunately, concerning a possible purchase of video content through the Xbox Live service (still) not available in the country, so we had to make do with surfing YouTube or transfer content from your PC to our private.
When you attempt to watch one of these contents, we had to make an effort to understand how exactly can run video, despite the understandable media app and the ability to access the desktop and try to run the video from there. Eventually, and after a little tinkering and trying to get to know the new environment we were able to - but it was not ideal for us Opening regard shiny new device that came to us.
Speaking of media and watching movies, the screen shows Microsoft reaches 16:9 resolution fox sports matched not only to VAT
